• Provide core app functionality related to AFL fixture scheduling

We do not permanently store Google Calendar event data on external servers. Calendar data is accessed and processed in real-time through secure Google APIs.

We may temporarily store minimal technical logs (such as authentication tokens or error logs) only as necessary to maintain functionality and security.

We will retain personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the applicable data retention period expires, we will delete or securely destroy the data.

6. User Data Deletion

You may revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time via:

Upon revocation:

• All OAuth tokens become invalid
• The application will no longer have access to your Google data
